ERP · CRM · API integration

Let your systems talk to each other. No more double data entry.

Logo, Netsis, Mikro, Nebim, Paraşüt or SAP… We connect the ERP you already use to your CRM, e-commerce, marketplace, e-invoice and shipping systems, without replacing it. AI catches wrong or incomplete records, and your team never enters the same data twice.

What we connect

Any data moved by hand is a candidate for integration.

Every time your team copies from one screen and pastes into another, you lose time and invite errors. We make these flows automatic and traceable.

01

ERP ↔ CRM

Customer accounts, quotes, orders and balances stay in sync across both systems; sales sees the right numbers without asking accounting.

02

E-commerce and marketplaces ↔ ERP

Orders from Trendyol, Hepsiburada and your web store flow into the ERP; stock and price changes are pushed back to every channel.

03

E-invoices and documents ↔ ERP

Incoming invoices and PDF documents are read, matched to the right customer and accounts, and posted to the ERP; suspicious records go to approval.

04

Bank and payment reconciliation

Bank transactions are matched to invoices, so tracking open balances no longer depends on manual Excel lists.

05

Shipping and logistics

Shipments are created and tracking numbers written to the order automatically; customer notifications go out on their own.

06

API layer for legacy systems

We put a secure API in front of desktop or legacy software that has none, so other systems and AI agents can connect to it.

07

AI-powered data validation

Duplicate customer accounts, invalid tax numbers, missing addresses and similar issues are caught during transfer and sent to you with a suggested fix.

How we work

We connect without disrupting how you work.

Integration projects tend to either start too big or stall halfway. We start with a single flow and expand as we see it working.

Your ERP stays in place.

We don't replace the software you use; we build a layer that runs alongside it and talks to it.

The system spots errors.

Every flow is monitored. If a record fails to transfer, it is retried; if it still fails, the person in charge is alerted with the reason.

Every step is logged.

You can trace which data moved when, from where to where; that makes audits and debugging much easier.

Process

Four steps, starting with one flow.

In the first call, we pick together the data flow that costs you the most time.

01 — Inventory

We map the flows

Which system, which data, moved by whom, and how often, by hand?

02 — Mapping

We write the rules

Field mappings, exceptions and cases that need approval are pinned down.

03 — Pilot

We launch the first flow

The chosen flow runs on real data and is compared with the manual process for a while.

04 — Rollout

We move to other flows

What works is extended to new systems and processes, and kept under monitoring.

FAQ

About integration.

If your question isn't here, write to us through the form and we'll look at it together.

Do we need to replace our ERP software?

No. The software you use, whether Logo, Netsis, Mikro, Nebim, Paraşüt or SAP, stays as it is. The integration layer runs alongside it and uses the connection options it offers (API, web services, database, file transfer).

How long does it take, and how is the cost determined?

It depends on the systems to be connected and the number of flows. In the first call we pick a single flow and define its scope; we discuss time and cost based on that flow, and plan the rest once you've seen it work.

Where is our data stored?

The integration layer can be installed on your own on-premise server or in the cloud environment of your choice. Access is permission-based; before setup, we review together which data goes where from a KVKK (Turkish data protection law) perspective.

What happens if a transfer fails?

The failed record isn't lost; it waits in a queue and is retried automatically. If the problem persists, the relevant person is notified with the reason, and once it's fixed the transfer resumes where it left off.

Where does AI come in?

Wherever rules are hard to write: reading data from documents, predicting matches for unmatched records, catching duplicate and incorrect records. When it isn't sure, it leaves the decision to you.
